…these are the tools of the trade, and in a day in age where people love to make things as complex as possible, I find it refreshing that the most productive training sessions are done with the simplest training tools and workouts.

Less is more – aim for quality over quantity and watch your workouts explode.

 Hope everyone is having a killer weekend…I took a mini break from blogging to free up some inner clutter / writers block, so look for some fresh new content later this week!
